All units do require the first night plus tax for deposit. The
cancellation policy is as follows: 14 days notice is required.
If cancellation notice is given less than 14 days from date of
arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be returned,
less $15.00 accounting fee, if cancellation notice is given more
than 14 days from date of arrival. There is a 2 night minimum
stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All units have a cleaning
fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties. |

offers a dune view only, 1 bedroom with king bed and a queen
hide-a-bed in living room. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. There
is one bath, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and TV,
VCR and stereo for your entertainment. Absolutely NO smoking,
pets welcome. |
